"Receptionist checking in was very sweet. Easy check in and check out. Our TV never would connect to the internet nor could our iPads or phones even having the passwords. Restaurant down stairs in my opinion was very expensive for what is offered. Window service needs some people skills. Our room was clean but the beds were horrible. Lumpy mattress. That could be fixed in my opinion. Our room was across from the supply area and actively busy early in the morning as expected it would be. No real view as was expected but a small view of the tennis and pickleball courts. Elevator is scary…. But since I can’t do steps I endured it. I was waiting to get stuck in it… 😏 Pool area was very clean and tended too at night regularly. The location is perfect for the beach view and walking to it."
